Event Validation & Tracking Review
Inspect GA4 naming, parameter types and ecommerce payloads. Use the free analyzer yourself or get help reviewing your tracking implementation.
Start with the original event and its parameters.

What we bring to the table.
We agree on the exact deliverables before implementation. The work starts with your existing platform and the outcomes you need to understand.
- GA4 event and parameter checks
- JSON and literal dataLayer review
- Ecommerce item and currency validation
- Implementation review with your team
A useful handover.
The exact deliverables are agreed before work begins. These are the practical outputs we can scope together.
- A review of the supplied event exports against supported GA4 event names, required and conditional parameters and expected value types.
- Ecommerce payload checks for transaction identifiers, monetary values, currencies and item structure, with the affected fields made explicit.
- A reusable test sample and findings report that separates invalid payload fields from browser collection or destination-delivery questions.

Good questions. Clear answers.
How is event validation different from a complete tracking audit?
Event validation checks the structure and supported rules of supplied data. A tracking audit also examines when events fire, where they are sent and whether collection behaves as intended. The free analyzer covers payload checks, not the entire collection chain.
Can I check dataLayer and gtag snippets without running them?
The free analyzer accepts supported literal exports and inspects their values without executing the submitted JavaScript. If a snippet depends on variables or functions, export its evaluated JSON from your test environment before analyzing it.
Should production customer data be included in an event sample?
No. Use representative test values and remove customer identifiers before sharing a sample. Local browser analysis avoids sending the pasted payload to our server, but exported reports can still contain the values you supplied.
